Job summary

GOODNITE SDN. BHD. in Malaysia seeks a proactive Sales Support professional to assist the Sales Team with quotations, proforma invoices, and related documentation. You will respond to customer inquiries promptly and prepare marketing materials to support the sales effort.

You will also assist the General Manager with reports and analysis, coordinate with Logistics and Production for order accuracy and delivery, and help present our products to clients in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
• Good command of English, Mandarin, and Malay to liaise with diverse clients, suppliers, or associates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiar with AI tools for generating reports and content.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, and XiaoHongShu (XHS).

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Team in quotation, proforma invoice, and related documentation.
• Attend to all customers' enquiries (email & phone) and ensure responses are on time.
• Prepare and follow up marketing material for sales team.
• Assist Sales General Manager in generating relevant reports and analyses.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Production and other departments for order accuracy and delivery.
• Present the product and service in a structured professional way after familiarising with all product knowledge.
• Compile a monthly report on consignment inventory and follow up with sales reps to retrieve samples.
