Job summary

BD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a capable professional to handle order processing and related activities from the Malaysia site. You will ensure timely, accurate transactions and collaborate with Planning, Finance, and Logistics to secure stock and credit approvals.

You will also manage distributor and end-customer inquiries, maintain records and reports, and contribute to KPI achievement while complying with SOX, ISO 13485 and internal BD policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in order processing or logistics operations.
• Familiarity with SOX and ISO 13485 is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate across Planning, Finance and Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage order processing transactions accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate with Planning, Finance and Logistics to ensure stock and credit release.
• Handle distributor/end-customer inquiries and maintain logs.
