Qualifications

• Experience in IT software sales, ERP/HRMS or SaaS sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for ERP and HRMS solutions.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Understand client processes and recommend software solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close.
• Build relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations.
• Follow up with prospects and manage pipeline activities.
• Collaborate with implementation and technical teams for onboarding.
• Maintain accurate sales records and forecasting.
