Job summary

PolicyStreet is seeking a Business Development Executive (Fresh Graduates) to identify and reach out to prospective clients across SMEs, corporates, and partners. You will build and manage a pipeline of leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, and referrals.

You will qualify leads, set up meetings for senior sales, assist with proposals and pitch materials, maintain CRM records, and represent PolicyStreet at industry events.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with cold outreach (calls, emails, DMs)
• Strong communication in English and Mandarin/Cantonese
• Organised and disciplined about follow-ups
• Curious about insurance and financial services or willing to learn quickly
• Resilient; able to move on after a rejection

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to prospective clients (SMEs, corporates, and partners) who could benefit from our insurance solutions
• Build and manage a pipeline of leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, and referrals
• Qualify leads and set up meetings for senior sales team members to close
• Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, and pitch materials
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of leads and activity in our CRM
• Represent PolicyStreet at industry events, roadshows, and partner meetings when needed
• Hit monthly and quarterly targets for outreach activity and qualified meetings booked
