Job summary

PolicyStreet is seeking a proactive Sales/BD professional in Malaysia to identify and contact prospective clients across SMEs and corporates. You will build a robust lead pipeline via outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, and referrals, qualifying leads, and setting meetings for senior sales members to close deals.

You will support proposals and pitches, keep CRM records up to date, and represent PolicyStreet at industry events when needed.

Qualifications

• Proactive prospecting to identify SMEs, corporates and partners.
• Qualify leads and set up meetings for senior sales team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity logs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, and referrals.
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads and meetings.
• Support proposals, quotations, and pitch materials as needed.
• Represent PolicyStreet at events and partner meetings when required.
• Hit monthly and quarterly outreach and meetings targets.
