Job summary

Air Products Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Executive/Business Development Executive to drive growth in Johor and surrounding regions. You will hunt for new customers and manage key accounts across industrial sectors, including fabrication and heavy machinery.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in B2B industrial sales and a background in SPM/ Diploma/ Degree programs. You will collaborate with internal teams and provide pre- and post-sales support to ensure customer success.

Qualifications

• SPM, diploma or degree holder.
• Minimum 1 year of B2B industrial sales experience, preferably in fabrication/heavy machinery sector.
• Strong selling, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and secure new customers while managing and growing existing accounts.
• Develop new business within industrial, heavy machinery, fabrication, construction materials, automotive sectors.
• Conduct prospecting, tendering, sales presentations and proposal submissions.
• Provide strong pre- and post-sales support, including product training and technical advice.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Customer Service, Billing, Credit, Operations) to ensure smooth execution.
