BIG TREE PACKAGING SDN BHD is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team and expand our B2B footprint in the label printing and packaging industry. You will identify opportunities, approach potential customers, present solutions, and manage the sales pipeline from quote to order.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or business development preferred.
• Experience in printing, packaging, labels or related industries advantageous.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
• Willing to meet customers and develop new business opportunities.
• Possess own transport and a valid driving licence.
• Fresh graduates with strong sales motivation encouraged to apply.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and contribute to our business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the label printing and packaging industry.

Proactively approach potential B2B customers through cold calling, networking, customer visits and other sales activities.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Understand customers' packaging and labeling requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and follow up on sales opportunities to secure orders.

Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated.

Monitor market trends, competitors and potential business opportunities.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's overall business growth.

Maintain accurate sales records, customer information and sales pipeline updates.

Requirements

Experience in B2B sales or business development is preferred.

Experience in printing, packaging, labels or related industries will be an added advantage.
