CTU Holdings is seeking a proactive Senior Executive, Business Development to drive corporate sales of training solutions. You will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets through consultative selling.

Identify, develop, and secure new corporate clients for training and learning solutions; promote customised programs; generate leads; conduct client meetings and needs analysis; prepare proposals and negotiates contracts to achieve revenue

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in training solutions or HR-related services.
• Fresh experience in education/training is an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, develop, and secure new corporate clients for training and learning solutions.
• Promote and sell customized training programs to organizations across industries.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, digital platforms, and events.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and needs analysis to recommend solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to hit monthly and annual targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Collaborate with training and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Maintain sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM.
