Job summary

CARSOME Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru seeks an Administration/Branch Operations officer to support the sales handover by handling dealer collection, verifying payments, and ensuring accurate documentation before vehicle release.

You will liaise with dealers and finance teams, coordinate with internal stakeholders, input payments, generate ODO after clearance, and update the system to reflect inventory and delivery status.

Qualifications

• Qualification in SPM / Diploma / Degree (in any discipline).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administration, automotive, or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to verify payments and documents accurately.

Responsibilities

• Attend to dealers according to the numbering system.
• Verify car status in the Transaction Center (TC) to ensure car plate number and dealer name are correct.
• Check payment details to confirm if the transaction is under pending collection or pending payment before proceeding.
