Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Experience with ATS or recruitment software is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Technical Support processes.
• Performs additional related duties as assigned by management.
• Solve cases requiring in-depth troubleshooting and cases where the Customer needs resolution.
• Work closely with Primary Technical Support to provide solutions.
• Handle the call flow from internal/external sources.
• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting to TSA Manager.
• Site visits may be required.
• Communicate and share knowledge with other L2 engineers.
• Understand the source of the quality problem.
• Liaise with inter-department requirements to improve service levels.
