Job summary

Platinum Lifestyle Corporation Sdn Bhd in Butterworth, Penang seeks a Service Executive to manage customer service, coordinate vehicle maintenance workflows, and drive service sales. You will streamline processes, open job orders in the DMS, and ensure timely delivery while collaborating with technicians.

The role requires a Diploma/Certificate in automotive or business administration and at least 3 years in an automotive service environment, with strong Bahasa Malaysia and English communication

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in relevant fields preferred but experience accepted.
• Strong communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years in automotive service, workshop, or customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp or walk-ins.
• Schedule appointments and open job orders in the DMS, coordinate with technicians.
• Promote maintenance plans, parts, accessories, and extra services.
• Inspect work, process invoices, explain repairs at pickup to clients.
• Handle complaints professionally following SOPs.
