Job summary

Arvion Services in Kota Bharu, Kelantan, is seeking a Sales Consultant to guide customers through the vehicle-buying journey—from enquiry and selection to test drives, financing, documentation, and after-sales support—within a modern automotive sales environment. You should be sales-driven with 1–2 years of experience preferred; fresh Diploma graduates are welcome.

Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia, excellent communication, and a valid Malaysian driving licence are essential for this on-site

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience is highly preferred.
• Fresh Diploma graduates are welcome to apply.
• Valid Malaysian driving licence and comfortable conducting test drives.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and respond to enquiries from online, phone, social media, and other channels.
• Understand customers' needs, budget, lifestyle, vehicle preferences, and financing requirements.
• Recommend suitable vehicles and explain their features, condition, pricing, promotions, and financing options.
• Arrange and conduct vehicle test drives while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Follow up with leads, appointments, and test-drive customers to drive sales conversion.
• Handle customer objections and negotiate professionally within company guidelines.
• Achieve monthly individual and team sales targets.
• Generate new leads through referrals, networking, outbound calls, digital enquiries, and other channels.
• Assist customers with financing applications and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer records and regularly update the CRM system.
• Provide after-sales support and build long-term customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
