Job summary

Arvion Services in Malaysia is seeking a results-oriented Sales Consultant to guide customers through the vehicle-buying journey, from enquiry and vehicle selection to test drives, financing, and after-sales support.

The role requires 1-2 years sales experience (preferred), good English and Bahasa Malaysia, a valid Malaysian driving license, and comfort with CRM and digital channels. You will earn a fixed base salary plus commissions in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience highly preferred.
• Fresh Diploma graduates are welcome to apply.
• Valid Malaysian driving license and comfortable conducting vehicle test drives.
• Proven ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused with a consultative approach to selling.
• Proactive and comfortable with lead follow-up and outbound sales.
• Resilient and able to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM, email, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and respond to enquiries from online, phone, social media, and other channels.
• Understand customers' needs, budget, lifestyle, vehicle preferences, and financing requirements.
• Recommend suitable vehicles and explain their features, condition, pricing, promotions, and financing options.
• Arrange and conduct vehicle test drives while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Follow up with leads, appointments, and test-drive customers to drive sales conversion.
• Handle customer objections and negotiate professionally within company guidelines.
• Achieve monthly individual and team sales targets.
• Generate new leads through referrals, networking, outbound calls, digital enquiries, and other channels.
• Assist customers with financing applications and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer records and regularly update the CRM system.
• Provide after-sales support and build long-term customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
• Work closely with financing, operations, customer service, and other internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
