Job summary

Arvion Services in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Consultant to guide customers through the vehicle-buying journey—from enquiry and vehicle selection to test drives, financing, documentation, and after-sales support.

The ideal candidate is sales-driven, customer-focused, and comfortable working toward targets and earning commissions. Fresh Diploma graduates are welcome to apply; 1–2 years of sales experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with consultative selling approach.
• Proactive in lead follow-up and outbound sales.
• Familiarity with CRM, email, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and respond to enquiries from multiple channels.
• Understand customers' needs and financing requirements.
• Recommend suitable vehicles and explain features, pricing, and promotions.
• Arrange and conduct vehicle test drives for positive experience.
• Follow up with leads and appointments to drive sales conversion.
• Handle objections and negotiate within company guidelines.
• Achieve monthly individual and team sales targets.
• Generate new leads through referrals and digital channels.
• Assist customers with financing applications and documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
• Provide after-sales support and build long-term relationships.
