Job summary

Arvion Services seeks an Operations Assistant Manager to oversee performance, administration, and cross-functional coordination in automotive operations. You will monitor key metrics, drive process improvements, and lead the administration team to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 4–6 years in operations support or admin management, and strong analytical and reporting skills with Excel and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations or a related field.
• 4–6 years in operations support, performance management or admin management.
• Experience in automotive or service industry preferred.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with Excel/Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operational performance metrics and dashboards.
• Prepare performance reports and management updates.
• Identify gaps and coordinate corrective actions.
• Lead the administration team and manage workloads.
• Coordinate with Finance, HR, Procurement and other departments.
• Improve processes and implement digital tools for accuracy.
