Job summary

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in automotive or mechanical engineering or operations management, 4–6 years in automotive or high-volume settings, and at least 2 years supervising teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across assigned automotive facilities and ensure activities run to plan.
• Lead Supervisors, Team Leaders, and frontline teams to meet productivity and service targets.
• Review performance metrics including turnaround time, productivity, quality, cost, and manpower utilization.
• Identify bottlenecks and recurring issues, then implement improvement actions.
• Ensure workshop and vehicle reconditioning activities meet quality and safety standards.
• Plan and coordinate manpower, equipment, and resources based on business needs.
• Conduct regular site inspections and performance checks to maintain standards.
• Collaborate with Quality, Spare Parts, Customer Experience, Warranty, and Retail to resolve issues.
• Support launch, relocation, or expansion of sites with ready teams and processes.
• Coach team members to strengthen operational capability and overall performance.
• Monitor operating costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Prepare management updates on performance, productivity, issues, and improvements.
• Drive safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across operations.
