Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred; non-engineering backgrounds with sales aptitude encouraged.
• 1–3 years of experience in solution selling within industrial automation or building automation is advantageous.
• Strong sales and marketing skills in the industrial B2B market.
• Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and a strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Exciting tasks in an international environment at a technology leader in automation.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets within the assigned Infrastructure market segments and sales channels.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts in a timely manner.
• Ensure prompt, accurate, and professional responses to customer enquiries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular visits and follow-ups, while fostering effective collaboration with internal teams.
• Work closely with the Indoor Sales Support team to prepare and follow up on quotations.
• Conduct sales presentations and product or solution demonstrations with the support of the Customer Service team and Product Specialists.
• Understand customer requirements and develop effective sales strategies to secure new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular outstation sales visits as required.
• Assist in planning, organising, and participating in marketing activities, including seminars, exhibitions, and symposiums.
