Beckhoff Automation - INDIA seeks a technically oriented professional to join its Malaysia expansion team. You will assist the Country Customer Service Manager with administration tasks, provide product and engineering information, and prepare tailored quotations for customer requirements.

You will support customers, troubleshoot field inquiries, update case statuses, and escalate issues when needed. Training delivery for Beckhoff products will also be part of your role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Industrial Automation / Mechatronics / Electronics & Electrical Engineering or IT.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and have a customer- and service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively in English.
• Understanding of PLCs, motion controllers, robotics, I/O, fieldbus (EtherCAT) and HMI.
• Knowledge of PC-technology, fieldbus systems, software development and PLC programming.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Country Customer Service Manager in departmental administration tasks.
• Provide technical and engineering information on products, services or equipment.
• Prepare and present solution proposals and quotations based on customer requirements.
• Support customers and troubleshoot field inquiries to maintain high satisfaction.
• Monitor assigned cases in the company tracking system and update activities.
• Manage customer issues and escalate as needed to proper departments.
• Develop and disseminate product technical user documentation.
• Handle technical questions with product management and development.
• Offer standard and custom trainings to support Beckhoff products and customer solutions.
