MBA HEAVY DUTY PARTS SDN. BHD. is seeking an Automation Equipment Technician in Kulai, Johor. You will operate and maintain the company's industrial automation systems to keep manufacturing processes running smoothly.

You will work with PLCs, robotics, and other automated systems, perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with engineering to identify automation improvements while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Industrial Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience operating and maintaining industrial automation systems.
• Proficient in programming and troubleshooting programmable logic controllers, robotics, and other automation equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate on-site equipment to complete production tasks.
• Operate and monitor automation equipment such as PLCs, robotics, and other automated systems.

Role Overview:

As an Automation Equipment Technician at MBA HEAVY DUTY PARTS SDN. BHD., you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the company's industrial automation systems. This full-time position is based in Kulai Johor, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the company's manufacturing processes.

Job Responsibilities:

Operate on-site equipment to complete assigned production tasks

Operate and monitor industrial automation equipment such as programmable logic controllers, robotics, and other automated systems

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues with the automation systems to minimize downtime

Collaborate with the engineering team to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation enhancements

Maintain detailed records of system performance, maintenance activities, and incident reports

Ensure all automation systems comply with relevant safety and quality standards

Provide training and support to other team members on the operation and maintenance of the automation systems

What we're looking for

Diploma or degree in Industrial Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in operating and maintaining industrial automation systems
