Hong Leong Bank in Penang is seeking an Executive for Personal Financial Services (Auto Loan Sales) to meet loan targets and build strong relationships with car dealers and customers. You will review applications, perform KYC and document checks, and assist dealers with timely approvals and disbursements.

The role requires strong selling, negotiation and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and owning transport for site visits.

Formación

• Candidate must have at least SPM/O Level or equivalent.
• Diploma/Advanced Diploma or higher in Business/Commerce/Marketing or equivalent.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Own transport is required.
• Fresh graduates or with up to 1 year of banking or auto industry experience.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Meet sales targets by securing new quality auto loans in line with Portfolio decisions.
• Maintain good business relationships with dealers and customers.
• Ensure loan documents and authentication of ID/income/vehicle docs are in order.
• Enter data into LOAD$ and perform CTOS enquiries.
• Prepare loan application write-ups and documents; advise on HP agreements.
• Conduct site visits when required; update dealers daily on status.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.
