Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: SPM/STPM or diploma/degree in related field.

• Sales experience in banking/auto financing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales targets by securing quality auto loans.
• Cultivate relationships with car dealers, sales advisors and customers.
• Cross-sell financial solutions and generate referral leads.
• Interview applicants, perform KYC, authenticate documents and CTOS enquiries.
• Prepare sound credit proposals and facilitate fast loan decisions.
• Guide customers through HP Agreement and PDS with clear consent.
• Enter loan data accurately and follow up on approvals/disbursements.
• Provide daily status updates to dealer partners and issue LOUs.
• Onboard prospective panel dealerships and conduct site visits.
• Mentor new team members to foster a high-performing sales team.
