Job summary

Hong Leong Bank in Malaysia is seeking talents for auto loan sales in Penang. You will meet funding targets, recruit dealers, and manage dealer relationships while ensuring complete documentation for new loans and delivering prompt service to dealers and customers.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least one of: primary/secondary schooling or equivalent.
• Experience in auto loan sales or credit is preferable.
• Own transport is required.
• Fresh graduates with credit card/personal loan sales interest are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Meeting allocated funding target.
• Identify and recruit potential new dealers from area under your care.
• Develop and manage the relationship of car dealers assigned to you.
• Ensure documentation on all new loans sourced are complete.
• Provide efficient and prompt service to Dealers and customers at all time.
• Actively participate in all sales activities.
• Cooperation and coordination with both external and internal customers.
• Provide training to new recruits, as and when necessary.
• Assist Sales Centre Head in identifying new sales area and planning sales strategies.
• Carry out other duties as deemed fit by Management; adhere to company policy.
