Job summary

Hong Leong Bank is seeking a sales-oriented professional to grow our loan portfolio in Malaysia. You will secure new quality loans, maintain strong relationships with car dealers and stakeholders, and ensure all documents meet guidelines.

The role requires strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with fresh graduates or those with up to 1 year in banking or auto sectors being welcome. Own transport is preferred to visit dealers and customers.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/’O’ Level or equivalent.
• Good English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills.
• Own transport required for the role.
• Fresh graduates or with up to 1 year of banking or auto industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales targets by securing new quality loans per Management decision.
• Maintain good relationships with dealers and stakeholders.
• Ensure loan documents comply with guidelines and verify identifications.
• Perform KYC checks and input data accurately in LOAD$ system.
• Prepare loan proposals and assist with HP agreements and related documents.
• Keep dealers updated on case status and liaise on approvals and disbursement.
