Qualifications

• Proven verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills with customer focus.
• Fresh graduates or 1 year Banking/Auto industry experience acceptable.

Responsabilités

• Meet sales targets by securing new quality auto loans.
• Maintain good relationships with dealers and customers.
• Verify documentation for loan applications per guidelines.
• Conduct KYC and ensure proper authentication of IDs and income.
• Explain HP Agreement and PDs to customers; witness execution.
• Follow up on approvals and disbursements; update dealers daily.
• Perform CTOS checks and data entry in LOAD$ system.
• Site visits as needed; support panel dealerships.
