You will be the driving force behind auto loan portfolio growth, partnering with car dealers and customers across Malaysia. This role combines sales and relationship management, credit evaluation, customer advisory, operations support, and team leadership within the Hong Leong Group's auto financing team.

Key responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales targets by securing quality auto loans aligned with management portfolio strategies
• Cultivate and expand productive relationships with car dealers, sales advisors, and customers
• Leverage the broader Hong Leong Group network to cross-sell financial solutions and generate referral leads
• Interview applicants, perform thorough KYC checks, authenticate identity, income, and vehicle documents, and run CTOS enquiries
• Prepare sound credit proposals and write-ups to facilitate fast, quality loan decisions
• Guide customers through the Hire Purchase (HP) Agreement and Product Disclosure Sheet (PDS), ensuring clarity, compliance, and proper consent
• Key in loan data accurately into the bank system and proactively follow up on delayed approvals and disbursements
• Provide daily status updates to dealer partners, issue Letters of Undertaking promptly, and facilitate agreement execution
• Prepare proposals to onboard prospective panel dealerships and conduct site visits when required
• Guide and mentor new team members to foster a supportive, high-performing sales team

About you

• Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma / Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field
• Fresh graduates with a hunger to succeed are warmly welcomed
• Prior sales experience (minimum 1 year) in banking, auto financing, or the automotive industry is an added advantage
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Natural interpersonal skills to connect with dealers and clients

• Must possess own transport to facilitate dealer visits and roadshows
