Job summary

Carro is seeking a Retail Admin Executive (Auction) to manage vehicle records and the auction pipeline at UOA Business Park in Malaysia. You will coordinate with banks, internal teams, and partners to ensure smooth release, inspection, and documentation for each vehicle, while planning weekly auction updates and bidder KYC support.

The role requires 1–2 years in auction operations or related fields, strong communication, and meticulous reporting with proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Automotive, Operations, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in auction operations, automotive, administration, banking/recovery, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable handling data and reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor vehicle inbound/outbound records, documentation, and auction pipeline.
• Coordinate with banks, internal teams, auction partners on release, documentation, inspection, and related matters.
• Plan and coordinate auction schedules, listings, viewing arrangements, and weekly updates.
• Manage bidder registration and KYC verification and assist bidders with registration.
• Prepare auction reports, bank reports, listings, invoices and payment documents within SLA.
