Job summary

Bridgenet Solutions Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur seeks an Associate Solutions Specialist to support key customer accounts by delivering Network, Cybersecurity, and technology solutions. You will work with the Senior Solutions Specialist through the full solution lifecycle, from engagement and design to proposals, delivery, and post-sales advisory.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education/work experience.
1–3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Networking, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Technical Support, Systems Engineering, or Technical Pre-Sales.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Preferred certifications such as Cisco CCNA, Fortinet FCA/FCP, AWS Cloud Practitioner.

Responsibilities

Key Account Management: manage assigned customer accounts and build strong relationships.
Project & Technical Support: assist in design, BOM/SOW, and post-sales advisory services; support POC activities.
Professional Development: continuously update technical knowledge and stay current with industry best practices.
