Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education/work experience.

• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred certifications such as Cisco CCNA, Fortinet FCA/FCP, AWS Cloud Practitioner.

Role

The Associate Solutions Specialist is responsible for supporting assigned key customer accounts by delivering Network, Cybersecurity, and other technology solutions. The Associate Solutions Specialist works closely with the Senior Solutions Specialist to support the full solution lifecycle, including customer engagement, solution design, proposal preparation, project delivery, and post-sales technical advisory services.

You’ll be in charge of:

Key Account Management

• Collaborate with the Senior Solutions Specialist in managing assigned customer accounts.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement.
• Understand customer business and technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Identify opportunities for solution enhancements and new business.
• Design and recommend Network, Cybersecurity, and Managed Services solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, solution designs, Bills of Materials (BOM), and Statements of Work (SOW).
• Support customer presentations, technical discussions, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) activities.
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.

Project & Technical Support

• Support project implementation, testing, and customer acceptance activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.

Professional Development

• Continuously develop technical knowledge through training and certifications.
• Keep up to date with new technologies and industry best practices.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

In order to be successfully for this role, you'll need to have:

• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience.
• Comes with minimum of 1–3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Networking, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Technical Support, Systems Engineering, or Technical Pre-Sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Good Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented with a willingness to learn.
• Preferable candidate with expert level of technical certification, such as Cisco CCNA, Fortinet FCA/FCP, AWS Cloud Practitioner etc.
