TNG Digital Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Associate Director to design and deliver cross-commercial ecosystem projects across mobility, telco, gaming, and eCommerce. You will lead end-to-end initiatives, align stakeholders from Commercial, Product, Operations and Risk, and drive process improvements to enhance merchant and user experiences.

# Associate Director, *Commercial Ecosystem Platforms Projects*Kuala Lumpur, MalaysiaPermanent#### Duties & Responsibilities* Ecosystem Strategy & Execution: drive the design and delivery of cross-commercial projects that span multiple verticals (e.g., mobility, telco, gaming, eCommerce).* Project Leadership: lead end-to-end execution of high-priority initiatives.* Commercial Alignment: ensure initiatives are designed with merchant/user needs in mind, delivering measurable business outcomes across revenue, efficiency, and engagement.* Stakeholder Management: partner with internal Commercial stakeholders, Product, Operations, Risk, and other relevant stakeholders to align objectives, secure buy-in, and deliver coordinated execution.* Process & Operations Improvement: identify and drive enhancements in core commercial processes (e.g., refunds, PSR, reconciliation) to improve efficiency and customer experience.* Insights & Reporting: track performance of ecosystem projects, generate insights, and present outcomes to senior management and executive leadership.* Innovation & Foresight: anticipate emerging trends in payments, platforms, and merchant services, and translate them into future-ready ecosystem initiatives.#### Requirements* Experience: 8+ years in strategy, business development, or commercial operations, ideally with cross-industry or platform experience.* Proven experience: payments, fintech, eCommerce, or telco, with exposure to cross-vertical projects or ecosystem-building initiatives* Strong project leadership: able to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with clear execution discipline.* Strategic mindset: able to connect dots across business lines and frame initiatives that drive long-term ecosystem value.* Commercial and operational acumen: understands merchant needs, payment flows, and operational pain points.* Analytical skills: capable of translating data into project direction, business cases, and measurable impact.* Excellent communication: skilled in presenting at senior levels and aligning diverse teams around shared priorities.Apply Now
