Job summary

TNG Digital Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Specialist, Product - Platform to define and execute the product strategy for the NADI Tech platform. This role focuses on government subsidy initiatives such as the BUDI95 program and future efforts, coordinating with government agencies and partners.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage roadmaps, and ensure quality while delivering user-friendly features and scalable platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or professional qualification in Business Administration, Science, IT or related field.
• 3-5 years of product management experience including customer understanding, requirement analysis, design and offering development.
• Ability to work with offshore teams, multi-task, and perform under pressure.
• Strong understanding of the payments industry including networks, issuers and acquirers.
• Experience with Payment Gateways integration to TPAs is preferred.
• Track record of leading large, business-critical projects.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to coordinate activities and lead cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, independent, and collaborative.
• Strong presentation and analytical skills; data-driven mindset.
• Ability to write solution proposals.
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint & Excel.
• Motivation to continuously improve oneself.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy for NADI Tech platform to support government subsidy initiatives (BUDI95) and future programs.
• Strategically plan a roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders including government agencies to align on strategy and features.
• Lead cross-functional teams to define specifications, milestones, and ensure quality.
• Analyze the product market and design solutions to meet partner and client needs.
• Specify product definitions and documentation for roadmap implementation.
• Ensure a seamless, user-friendly experience for developed features.
• Handle ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor.

This comes along with all the ecosystem products that ties to the initiatives build and to be expanded.* Strategically plan out roadmap aligning with overall business goals* Manage relationship with stakeholders and partners including government agencies to align on strategy and product feature* Lead cross-functional teams to define product specifications, establish milestones and* manage quality for successful implementation of projects* Perform analysis of the product industry, and design suitable product solutions that solves the pain points of partners, clients and overall business goals.* Specify product definition, create & documentation necessary for implementation of product roadmap* Ensure seamless and user-friendly experience for any features developed* Responsible for ad-hoc assignment, function and other related duties specified by the Supervisor#### Requirements* Qualifications:* Possess tertiary or professional qualification from a recognized institution specializing in Business Administration, Science, and Information Technology or related Professional Certification.* Experience:* At least 3 - 5 years of product management experience, including, understanding the customer, requirement analysis, product design and offering development, pricing, competitive analysis, etc.* Ability to work with offshore teams, strong in multi-tasking and perform well under pressure* Solid understanding of the payments industry, which includes credit / debit card networks, issuers, acquirers, alternative payment channels is preferred* Experience specific to Payment Gateways is preferred such as integration to TPAs.* Track record in leading business critical projects of large scope* Skills/Knowledge:* Strong command of written and oral English* Able to co-ordinate activities by others and provide leadership to cross-functional project teams* Self-motivated and able to work effectively within the team and across the organization with minimal supervision, working mainly independently to achieve goals agreed with leadership* Well-developed presentation skills, including the ability to effectively deliver information internally and externally at all levels* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data driven mindset* Able to write solution proposals* Proficient in MS PowerPoint & Excel* Motivation to continuously improve one’s self
