Job summary

TNG Digital Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Analyst in Support & Planning to coordinate campaigns, manage inquiries, and generate performance insights. The role requires collaboration with product, marketing and operations teams to ensure timely delivery.

You will handle backend data, prepare reports, and maintain data accuracy across platforms while developing SOPs and communicating clearly with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, marketing, finance, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in administration, campaign management, and operational support.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in reporting and client management.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Campaign Management* Support the execution of marketing and product campaigns, including setup, monitoring, and performance tracking.* Contribute marketing insights tailored to SME business needs to optimize engagement and campaign effectiveness.* 2. Customer & Merchant Support* Manage and resolve enquiries, feedback, and issues from users and merchants in a timely and professional manner.* Implement solutions to proactively reduce customer issues and improve user experience.* Develop SOPs to streamline processes, minimizing manual intervention and reducing the workload on our team.* 3.
