Job summary

TNG Digital Sdn Bhd is seeking a data- and analytics-oriented professional to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on managing TPA relationships, overseeing integrations, and driving eCommerce merchant adoption and transactions.

You will analyze performance and market trends, preparing actionable reports for cross-functional teams. A degree in business, economics, analytics or finance, plus strong Excel/Sheets skills, are required, with a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

Duties & Responsibilities

• TPA Channel Management: manage TPA relationships, performance, and service quality.
• Integration & Platform Operations: oversee TPA integrations, resolve issues, and ensure platform reliability.
• eCommerce Platform Growth: drive merchant adoption and transactions across major eCommerce platforms.
• Business Planning & Insights: analyze performance, market trends, and deliver actionable reports.

Requirements

• Background / Experience: Degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, Finance, or related field. Working experience in related fields/payments industry is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: comfortable analyzing data sets, tracking performance metrics, and preparing reports.
• Communication: clear and concise in sharing findings with peers and immediate managers.
• Technical/Tools: proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; basic exposure to PowerPoint/Slides; interest in learning payment integrations.
• Commercial Acumen: basic understanding TPA dynamics and eCommerce ecosystem; focuses on execution tasks.
• Detail vs. Big Picture: detail-oriented, able to spot patterns and connect dots under guidance.
