Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an Assistant Manager, Warehouse Operations to support daily warehouse activities, inbound/outbound, and inventory control across multi-brand eCommerce platforms; you will supervise floor teams to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment.

Requires Diploma or Bachelor’s in Supply Chain or related field, 5+ years in warehouse ops and 2+ years in supervision. Proficiency with WMS/ERP and Excel; willing to work flexible shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of warehouse operations experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
Hands-on knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, fulfillment, and logistics.

Responsibilities

Support the Head of Operations in executing the warehouse plan in line with growth and client needs.
Enforce warehouse policies, SOPs, and best practices across inbound, outbound and inventory.
Plan daily/weekly activities including shift schedules and workload allocation to meet KPIs.
Monitor costs, consumables, and equipment usage; propose cost-control measures.
Manage day-to-day operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, returns and QC.
Ensure accurate, timely, and efficient order fulfillment across multiple brands and marketplaces.
Supervise warehouse supervisors, team leads, and operators; provide on-floor guidance.
Maintain organized layout and storage to maximize space and picker efficiency.
Track KPIs: order accuracy, on-time dispatch, inventory accuracy, productivity.
