Job summary

Private Advertiser in Petaling Jaya is seeking an effective E-Comm Warehouse Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of warehouse operations. You will ensure accurate receipt, storage, packing and dispatch to meet productivity targets and service quality.

Responsibilities include optimizing layout, enforcing policies, inventory control, staff supervision, and regular KPI driven reporting to support timely customer order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as an e-commerce warehouse manager.
• Proven ability to implement process improvements.
• Knowledge of warehousing KPIs and best practices.
• Experience with warehouse management software and databases.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage warehouse in line with company policy and vision.
• Oversee goods receipt, shelving, packing, sorting and dispatch.
• Optimize layout, storage and workflows for efficiency.
• Train and supervise staff; set performance goals.
• Produce reports (IN/OUT status, dead stock) regularly.
• Coordinate with 3PL, suppliers and transport partners.
