SPCI HELM Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive Warehouse Supervisor to assist the Plant Manager in daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.

You will lead warehouse staff, monitor inventory, ensure accuracy through stock checks and cycle counts, and coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and transporters to ensure timely deliveries while maintaining safety and housekeeping standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of warehouse operations or inventory management experience.
• Supervising warehouse personnel is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; WMS/ERP experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Plant Manager in daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Supervise warehouse personnel to ensure tasks are carried out efficiently and per requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and perform stock checks, cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Ensure goods are checked, recorded and handled per procedures.
• Coordinate with departments, suppliers and transporters for smooth operations and timely deliveries.
• Monitor performance, identify issues and propose improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, policies and housekeeping standards.
• Assist in preparing warehouse reports and documentation.
• Support manpower planning, scheduling and staff performance monitoring.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and corrective actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Assist the Plant Manager in managing and overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities.

Supervise and coordinate warehouse personnel to ensure daily tasks are carried out efficiently and according to operational requirements.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records through regular stock checks, cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.

Ensure incoming and outgoing goods are properly checked, recorded and handled in accordance with established procedures.

Oversee proper storage, arrangement, identification and handling of materials to optimise warehouse space and prevent stock damage or loss.

Coordinate with relevant departments, suppliers and transporters to ensure smooth warehouse operations and timely deliveries.

Monitor warehouse performance, identify operational issues and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Ensure compliance with company policies, warehouse procedures, safety regulations and housekeeping standards.

Assist in preparing and reviewing warehouse reports, inventory records and operational documentation.

Support the Plant Manager in manpower planning, work scheduling and monitoring staff performance.

Assist in investigating stock discrepancies, damaged goods and other warehouse-related issues, and recommend corrective actions.

Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration or a related field.

3-5 years of relevant working experience in warehouse operations, logistics or inventory management.

Prior experience in supervising or coordinating warehouse personnel is an advantage.

Good knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, stock management and logistics processes.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems is an advantage.

Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across different departments.

Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet operational deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety and operational efficiency.
