SPCI HELM Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in Pasir Gudang, Johor seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, drive efficiency and ensure accurate inventory control. You will manage staff, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, and uphold safety and documentation standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong organizational skills, and a proactive problem-solving attitude to optimise space and processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Warehouse Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse operations experience, preferably with supervision.
• Solid knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and stock control procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication and team management capabilities.
• Good computer literacy with Excel and WMS proficiency.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Manage and monitor warehouse staff to meet operational requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock checks and cycle counts.
• Monitor inbound/outbound goods for proper documentation, quantity and condition.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, labeling and space optimization.
• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers and transporters for timely deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping and safety compliance; uphold inventory controls.
• Identify operational issues and propose improvements to boost efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain warehouse reports, stock records and other docs.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Description du poste

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods.

Manage and monitor warehouse staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and according to operational requirements.

Ensure accurate inventory records through regular stock monitoring, cycle counts and stock reconciliation.

Monitor incoming and outgoing goods to ensure proper documentation, quantity and condition of items.

Ensure proper storage, handling, labelling and arrangement of materials to maximise warehouse space and accessibility.

Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers and transporters to ensure timely receipt and delivery of goods.

Monitor warehouse housekeeping and ensure the work area is clean, organised and maintained in a safe condition.

Ensure compliance with company policies, warehouse procedures, safety regulations and inventory control practices.

Identify operational issues and recommend improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.

Prepare and maintain warehouse reports, stock records and other operational documentation.

Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements

Diploma or equivalent qualification in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in warehouse operations, preferably with supervisory experience.

Good knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and stock control procedures.

Good leadership, communication and team management skills.

Computer literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and warehouse management systems.

Able to work independently, solve operational problems and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail.

Willing to work in a hands-on warehouse environment.
