QES GROUP OF COMPANIES is seeking a Senior Executive - Supply Chain Management (SCM) in Shah Alam to manage LMW and customs-related activities, ensuring regulatory compliance and company procedures. This hands-on role requires close collaboration with Customs, vendors, freight forwarders, customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely shipment operations and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in SCM or business studies or equivalent.
• At least 3 years in a related role in supply chain/logistics.
• Strong teamwork, reliability and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all LMW documentation and customs related processes.
• Handle logistics operations related to inbound and outbound shipments.
• Coordinate NPCO and ATA Carnet processes.
• Liaise with warehouse for receiving and releasing goods.
• Maintain ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015 compliance.
• Execute all warehouse and logistics processes for manufacturing.
• Identify ways to improve and optimise logistics costs.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Engineering and other departments.
• Resolve urgent shipment issues with relevant parties.
• Perform other SCM duties as assigned.

Senior Executive- Supply Chain Management (SCM)

We are seeking a Senior Executive - Supply Chain Management (SCM) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing LMW andcustoms-related activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company procedures.

This is a hands-on position that requires close collaboration with Customs authorities, vendors, freight forwarders, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth and timely execution of shipment operations and documentation processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all LMW documentation and customs related processes.
• Handle logistics operations related to Inbound and outbound shipments.
• Manage and coordinate the application of Non-Preferential Certificates of Origin (NPCO) and ATA Carnet process.
• Liaise closely with the warehouse for receiving and releasing of goods.
• Maintain and support compliance with ISO9001:2015; ISO14001: 2015.
• To execute all warehouse & logistics processes for manufacturing division.
• Look for ways to improve and optimise the logistics cost for shipment processes.
• Work closely with Finance, Sales, Engineering, Warehouse and other departments to support daily operations.
• Handle urgent shipment issues and work with the relevant parties to resolve them.
• Perform other SCM-related duties as assigned by management.

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field
