Job summary

Pentamaster Corporation Berhad is seeking aWarehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations in Penang, ensuring inventory accuracy and timely reporting. You will handle receiving, storage, picking, issuing, returns, and counting while updating records in the system.

Fresh graduates or candidates with warehouse/logistics experience are welcome. Minimum qualification is SPM or Diploma; the role offers opportunities to develop in a growing automation solutions company with global exposure.

Responsibilities

Support daily warehouse operations and ensure inventory accuracy.
Handle receiving, storage, picking, issuing, returns and inventory counting.
Update inventory transactions and records in the system.
Prepare reports and submit documents on time.
Coordinate with vendors on loan materials.
Ensure KPI, CIP and audit requirements are met.
Assist in supervising warehouse activities when required.
Perform any other duties assigned by the superior.
