Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring an Assistant Supervisor – Warehouse (Inbound / Outbound) to join our fast-growing F&B operations. You will oversee daily receiving, storage, and dispatch activities, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with food safety standards.

You should have a diploma or degree in Logistics or Supply Chain, 2–3 years of warehousing experience, and be familiar with ERP/WMS systems. Shift-based work is required for inbound and outbound roles.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• 2–3 years of warehouse experience (inbound or outbound).
• F&B or cold-chain warehouse experience is a plus.
• Willing to work in shift-based environment.
• Familiar with ERP/WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily receiving, unloading, picking, packing and dispatch activities for inbound/outbound.
• Ensure accurate GRN/DO processing and ERP/WMS documentation.
• Maintain FIFO/FEFO stock rotation and inventory accuracy.
• Support HACCP, HALAL & GMP compliance.
• Guide, coordinate and monitor the inbound/outbound team.
• Assist in daily briefings, task allocation and continuous improvement initiatives.
