Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor-Assistant (Incoming-Outgoing) to manage daily inbound and outbound activities, receive and verify materials, and ensure accurate recording and stock movement.

You will organize storage, prepare and issue raw materials, WIP, and finished goods, perform picking and packing, and maintain 5S standards while supporting cycle counts. Forklift experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is advantageous.
• Experience in inbound and outbound warehouse operations preferred.
• Able to perform physical work and handle materials safely.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or in a team.
• Manufacturing/packaging environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily incoming and outgoing warehouse operations
• Receive, check, count and record incoming raw materials and goods
• Arrange and store materials properly according to warehouse procedures
• Prepare and issue raw materials, WIP and finished goods as required
• Perform picking, packing, loading and unloading of goods
• Ensure accurate stock movement and proper documentation for all incoming and outgoing items
• Assist in stock counting, inventory checking and stock reconciliation
• Follow FIFO practices and ensure proper stock rotation
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety and 5S standards
• Report any damaged goods, stock discrepancies or inventory issues to the superior
