Job summary

WKT QUANTITY SURVEYING CONSULTANT in Puchong, Selangor is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to gain exposure to pre-contract and post-contract QS works and work on real projects while developing practical consultancy experience.

The role involves preparation of cost plans, bills of quantities, interim valuations, VO assessments, final accounts, and contract administration, with an emphasis on meeting project deadlines on-site in Puchong.

Qualifications

• Degree in BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Quantity Surveying consultancy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Quantity Surveying / Cost Management software.
• Good attitude, willing to learn and take on responsibilities.
• Able to work on-site in Puchong and manage tasks within project deadlines.
