• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across multidisciplinary teams.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor role based in Puchong. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing and reviewing cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for residential and commercial projects. The role involves monitoring project budgets, evaluating variations, verifying contractor claims, and supporting procurement activities to ensure cost efficiency. The Quantity Surveyor will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to track progress, update cost reports, and provide financial insights throughout the project lifecycle. The role also includes assisting with contract administration, conducting site visits, and ensuring compliance with company standards and relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management to monitor budgets, manage expenditures, and optimize project financial performance.
• Strong experience in BOQ preparation and Cost Planning to develop accurate estimates, tenders, and project cost forecasts.
• Ability to produce clear, timely Cost Reporting to support decision-making and communicate financial status to stakeholders.
• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with construction contracts, standards, and local regulations.
• Competence in relevant QS software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Effective analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary project environment.
