Private Advertiser in Johor Bahru is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the full project lifecycle, from planning and design coordination to site supervision and handover. The role is site-intensive with travel across Johor, including Taman Gaya and Sedenak, and requires coordinating with internal teams, consultants, contractors and authorities to ensure quality, safety and on-time delivery.

Qualificações

• Minimum three years of experience in property development or construction PM.
• Strong planning, coordination and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with local building regulations and approvals.

Responsabilidades

• Assist PM in planning, coordination and execution to meet schedule, budget and quality.
• Travel to multiple Johor sites (Taman Gaya, Sedenak) to monitor progress.
• Coordinate with departments, consultants, contractors, suppliers and authorities.
• Monitor progress, workmanship and safety through site inspections.
• Prepare reports, progress updates and cost analyses for management.
• Support contracts team on progress claims, variations and documentation.
• Assist with authority submissions and CCC/agency requirements.
• Identify risks and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Foster communication and teamwork among stakeholders.
• Carry out tasks from Senior PM with accuracy and timeliness.
