Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required.
• 10+ years of hands-on project management experience in property development.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin.
• Strong MS Office and executive data presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project delivery from planning to execution.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with architects, engineers, and consultants.
• Drive site execution and timeline control to keep master schedules on track.
• Manage statutory submissions, building inspections, and liaise with local authorities.
• Provide clear, high-level management reports on budgets and cost.
