• Preferable at least 5 years experience in managerial position and able to lead QA Department.
• Preferable at least 5 years experience in handling metrology equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee APQP quality performance across the value chain and ensure robust CQMS processes.
• Lead internal audits, process audits, and product audits to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Coordinate supplier corrective actions and performance monitoring.
• Prepare and present quality performance reports to management and customers.
• Establish risk controls for high-impact quality issues in production.
• Upkeep and servicing of CMM, spectrometer, X-ray, and related equipment.

Job description

1. Oversee APQP quality performance across the entire value chain to ensure robust APQP, Control plan, PPAP, FAI, MSA, SPC, and CAPA process.

2. Establish, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 requirements.

3. Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with customer specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.

4. Lead internal audits, process audits, and product audits to ensure ongoing compliance

5. Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methodologies

6. Oversee in-process inspections, first article inspections (FAI), and final product verification.

7. Review and approve PPAP, APQP documentation, and customer quality submissions

8. Ensure proper QA buy-off and adherence to control plans before production release

9. Provide guidance to engineers and inspectors on quality standards and problem analysis

10. Coordinate supplier corrective actions and performance monitoring

11. Prepare and present quality performance reports to management and customers

12. Prepare periodic QA performance reports (FPY, defect rate, non-conformance ratio, etc.).

13. Conduct PFMEA reviews and ensure processes are robust and risk-mitigated.

14. Establish risk controls for high-impact quality issues in production

15. Upkeep and servicing of CMM, spectrometer, X-ray, and related equipment.
