Job summary

Rakanda in Kuala Lumpur is hiring a Shop Assistant to support the store manager on the sales floor, manage stock, and deliver excellent customer service.

You will assist customers, handle deliveries, maintain displays, and help with store operations. This full-time role requires stamina, good Bahasa Melayu and English, and willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Salary RM1,700–RM1,900 per month plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification required.
• Strong communication and customer-facing abilities.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, unpacking and arranging newly delivered stocks.
• Assisting customers in locating products and answering inquiries.
• Addressing customer complaints politely and efficiently.
• Labeling and arranging goods on display shelves.
• Contributing to retail selling and store presentation.
