Job summary

Rakanda in Malaysia is hiring a Shop Assistant to support the store manager on the floor, manage inventory, and deliver excellent customer service.

You will receive and unpack deliveries, label and arrange stock, help customers find products, and handle inquiries with courtesy and care. This full-time role requires stamina, strong teamwork, and good communication, with benefits like EPF/SOCSO and leaves.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM education completed.
• Age between 18 and 35.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience or basic knowledge in retail is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, unpacking and arranging newly delivered stocks.
• Labelling and organizing goods on the display shelves.
• Assisting customers in locating the products they are looking for.
• Handling customer complaints and inquiries courteously.
• Must be sharp, precise and careful in carrying out duties.
• Hardworking and positive in following all given instructions.
• Responsible to retail selling activities.
