Job summary

WORQ in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager to support the Outlet Manager in delivering excellent member experiences and maintaining high standards across the outlet. You will be hands-on, service-oriented, and proactive, with strong organisational and interpersonal skills to foster a welcoming coworking environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field required.
• At least 3 years of customer service management experience preferred.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, leadership, time management, customer service, negotiation, empathy, teamwork, self-management, listening, interpersonal skills, and ability to think out of the box.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise day-to-day outlet operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Engage with members to ensure satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly.
• Act as primary contact with building management and landlords for facility-related issues.
• Support Outlet Manager in managing membership contracts.
• Participate in pre-opening for new outlet launches.
• Collaborate with Facility Management, Project, Sales, Marketing & Community to drive occupancy and performance.
• Plan manpower scheduling and interview, hire, and onboard new team members.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Monitor stock levels and manage ad hoc tasks as assigned.
