Job summary

WORQ Enterprise is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager to support the Outlet Manager in delivering exceptional member experiences and maintaining high standards across the outlet. The role focuses on operations, manpower management, and administration to ensure smooth daily performance.

The ideal candidate is hands‑on, service‑oriented, and proactive, with strong organisational and interpersonal skills and a passion for fostering a welcoming coworking environment. Weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field.
• At least 3 years of customer service management experience preferred.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise day-to-day outlet operations to ensure reliable service delivery.
• Engage with members to ensure satisfaction, resolve complaints swiftly, and implement improvements.
• Serve as the main contact with building management and landlords for facility issues.
• Assist in managing membership contracts and pre-opening activities for new outlets.
• Collaborate with Facility Management and Projects to drive outlet enhancements.
• Work with Sales and Marketing & Community to increase outlet occupancy and engagement.
• Plan manpower schedules to ensure optimal coverage across all shifts and lead onboarding of new team members.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports and monitor stock levels.
