Job summary

Pop Meals, part of Farm To Fork Sdn Bhd (Pop Meals), invites an Assistant Operations Manager to support the General Manager of Outlet Operations in strategic planning and execution to boost efficiency and overall effectiveness across outlets.

You will lead and coach Outlet Managers, drive KPI attainment, and help expand the territory with prioritized rollout plans. Fluent in BM and English, with strong analytical, planning and LMS experience, are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of work experience in the F&B industry specifically in Operations.
• Experience in leading a team of managers and outlets in expanding network of outlets.
• Fluent in BM and English.
• Good research, analytical, planning and organizational skills.
• Personal traits: positive, passionate, collaborative, self-starter; able to perform under pressure and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager of Outlet Operations in strategic planning & execution to improve and achieve the desired level of operational effectiveness and efficiencies.
• Lead and coach Outlet Managers and Business Managers in achieving Outlet Operations KPIs, Objectives and Key Results.
• Develop & train Outlet Managers in all aspect of outlet operations.
• Lead and manage territory’s expansion plan and prioritization.
